New Horizons Preschool & Learning Center, established in 2006, is considered an Early Childhood Specialist. We are not considered a Day Care but an educational facility within a picturesque shaded corner of New Port Richey. New Horizons offers a strong Preschool program with emphasis on learning through play while working on early learning benchmarks needed for school success. New Horizons offers a certified VPK (Voluntary PreK Program).
